Great moments of The Way

My favorite part of the game was when you first walk into the shadow inn... at first I was thinking "What?" but then when sandstorm started playing, I was really psyched, you have to do that dance thing too, and Lexus calls you sexy. No, no, no...

...That's not right at all. MY FAVORITE part is the end of episode 4, or beginning of episode 5. Lun did an INCREDIBLE job, and I'm trying to kinda mimic it with a Jousting system on my RPG. The music, the cheering, the lights, the announcer, everything was just perfect. Keep up the good work, Lun.

I'd have to say when Trazuin slaughteres all the blood lyn in the black fortress, or as people call it sometimes, the "Blood lyn brawl". Named after the burly brawl from the matrix reloaded?

Really it took you an hour to get the woolie in? I just walked up to it and just lead it in no flaws. Done in like 45 seconds or sompthing. Oh well thats why i'm better than you.

The fucking woolie just didnt go the right way... it wouldnt run straight.... after i finished that episode the first time, I started again to make sure I didnt miss anything and finished the minigame in 2 tries (The first time a gave up after a minute past)!!!!!
I hate that Fucking Woolie...

But I know that I only missed 3 items the entire game...
...a Stridite and Focite because I couldnt even kill 20 of the Blue Scarves with those potions.... and the heartstone which you get from Scatha near the end of ep5, because the game said I got it but I didnt..... stupid glitch.....

First of all, getting the wollie in was easy, you just have to understand WHY it moves in which direction, and it's as wasy as moving your own character.

Second, I just finished "The Way" again, and I beat Kygar in two passes, and Strata in 4. Getting all of the notch items sucks. Takes the fun out of plunges. Now I have to restart AGAIN, and not stack my character.

I know how to do it... you just move near it and it tries to move away from you. The first time I couldnt move it because it wedged itself in a crack and wouldnt move out..... even if I stood so far away that I couldnt see it it wouldntmove any more than a few spaces and ran back in as soon as I got close.......
I don't know if it's possible to be a pro at that stupid minigame but after you finish it a few times its just too easy... I got the Lyn rock on the 2nd try...

It's hard for me to pick favorite moments since I like so many of the scenes. Some scenes I remember very vividly are the ending scene of Episode 5 where running after Gaius really brings the suspense to the table. You know you're getting somewhere but not yet where and then you get the bomb of seeing the destination, really well done.
Also, the flashback moment where you get to pick lots of personality traits for Serena. I liked it because it was a change of storytelling for a while.
Traziun killing the blood lyn was awesome too, of course.
Also, something I didn't see coming was the revelation of Kloe having killed Ballar.
Last one that comes to mind is Rhue waiting to kill any who pass through in episode 4 and ends up killing Lexus.

There are plenty more, but like I said I can't pick THE favorite

That bit wasnt really suspensful though because you could see it coming from a mile away...
... that was despair that scene... I mean you're stuck sitting there thinking "Oh shit... Rhue is gonna kill Lexus... and I cant do anything to stop the moron" for like 2 minutes watching Lexus run round like an idiot.....

I liked the forest in E5 except the puzzle at the end. I didn't like it in brave fencer musashi and i didnt like it there

This has been mentioned before but I'll mention it again. The best moment and line of The Way was when Rhue came out from The Pits and meets Trazuin:

Trazuin - "You like you've been through The Pits" (Or something to that nature).
Rhue - "I have... It sucked."

Traziun's plunge against Strata was nice, as was the Blood Lyn Brawl,lol.
My favorite has to be every single time Rhue kills someone for the story line. you get see him going from naive "I killed three people..." to cold hearted "It was in self defense"

Another nice scene was the end of episode 2 (I think it was 2)

I love every time I have to struggle with my inner demons about what Rhue is going to say... For the sake of being a good guy (I always am) I know I have to be nice..... but before I found out that there is actually 'Rhue points' I always acted like a flirtatious bastard... a bit like Strata now that I think of it.
