It is possible, but do you know that Lun havn't really explain much about Rhue?
in ep3 there was something showing that Rhue's soul and body is already seperate.
Soul = Phantom Slasher
Body = Rhue
And the Rhue we see in game seems to have someting relate to Midian.
because in ep2, the Head Hunter mention something about a friend he is waiting. And He mention about that He have VERY Good memorie and on the way he said Good bye Midian
And do remeber, Midian was only in Rhue's Dream (same for Jed).
I remeber there was a post show Rhue is Midian and Gauis and Midian murder Rhue. And Rhue's auras went to Midian's Body.
Well Rhue dosn't know his past and he is always confuse so there is also a possibility theat serena never existed.
