right now i'm refreshing myself on chem I and II. then i'll be taking chem III (it's split oddly here) then Organic I and II, so i'm basically following the general chem route. I plan on transfering back to university of north FL after I finish Organic II (or quantitative analysis if it's offered here) I'm planning on actually going into an education major with a chem focus, so i'll be taking -most- the coures required for a chem degree. After I get my Bachelor's I'm going to see how many courses I lack for an actual chem degree (which I think will be Physical chem II, a course in quantum mechanics, and possibly biochem.) So, I plan on getting a bachelor's in chemistry as well. After that I'm going to see about transfering to UF over here in Gainesville for grad school. I don't know what program i'll be going into exactly. I'll have to see what's offered, but it'll be chemistry, not education. I'd like to at least get a master's so I can teach at junior college or college level. Later....if I ever decide to go into a doctorate program, I'm kinda looking at materials science. Mebbe going into researching new ceramics materials as my project, or something. I know ppl are currently looking for better, more efficient conductors, and trying to develop synthetic materials that have very high conductivity....that might be worth looking at. Anyhoo, i've babbled too much hehe.
