Okay DSOK, I agree with most of what you said.

Strayed:

1) Agreed mostly. He does need to learn how to speak better. As for us looking better. Hahahaha. Everyone hates us anyways. The only real support we lost was from England and Italy.

2) He was the first president to fund stem cell research. He compromised against his own personal beliefs. You have to give him that much. As for environment and health care....he's a fucking Republican. That's not a Bush thing.

3) Agreed.

4) Agreed. 8)

6) Not agreed. He does. He just thinks everything is going perfectly fine.

Got a question for you Strayed. What happened to #5?

I deleted it... something about lesbians. And I'm being serious. And the fact that he thinks everything is going perfectly fine kinda proves that he has no clue.

It's late and I think Bush has the elcetion "in the bag".

So whether you like him or not he's teh next president.

If I had the option I'ld vote for a moral conservative, isolationist, democrat bent on blanacing the budget.... So when Iraq feezes over I guess I'll do that.

the problem for America is that they stuck in Iraq so teh terrorism issue is really amoot point (too little too late) Teh economy is important but America has been devided over abortion since Roe V Wade... there liekly going to be 3 sumpreme court justices replace this next term (One is already in hospital) So underneath it all this election was won by people not wanting to grant special rights to gays and too end abortion (as much as possible) in the US.

What teh democrats don't realize is that if they went pro life they could sweep the elections hands down.

Of course they're not going to do that... That would be morally acceptable.

Oh well... so is life....

Nader should have won. It's about time for an ultra-left wing president.
"You see, wire telegraph is a kind of a very, very long cat. You pull his tail in New York and his head is meowing in Los Angeles. Do you understand this? And radio operates exactly the same way: you send signals here, they receive them there. The only difference is that there is no cat." (Albert Einstein, when asked to describe radio)

I could be the president of Australia no doubt.

Wait.. You're saying that America has too many things to deal with than to elect a better and more competant president?

either president would suck. They both have to deal with terrorism and attacks on the USA, which is tough.

Bush was dealt a shitty hand of cards, people don't realize that. Let him finish what he started, let him pick up his own trash. People also have this image that Bush wakes up everyday and says, "How can I piss off America more today?" Bush is only trying to do in our best interest, but people think it's soooo easy dealing with terrorists and threats against the nation. You wanna be the fuckin' president of the USA? No, you will never achieve approval, it's impossible during a time like this. How would you deal with threats against the country that kill 10,000 plus people? You have a brilliant idea? The man is trying to keep us safe at home, and believe me, if Kerry takes office and pulls out of iraq and middle east, and a few weeks later we are attacked by those savages. You will see a change of opinion about Bush and what he attempted.

Now don't you lecture me on the iraq deal and the specifics of Bush's wrongs, just remember, how the fuck would you guys deal with the threat of terrorism AND TRY and satisfy all 400 million people of the USA?

Fuck if it were up to me, I'd blow the fuck out of that entire trash middle east.

Ok, I don't know where to start... how about here

-First, you say Bush was dealt a "shitty hand of cards", but do you have any fact to back that up? I don't think Bush was dealt a deficit of over 400 billion dollars, I don't think he was dealt an increase of 5.7 to 7.1 (correct me if 7.1 is wrong) trillion dollars in national debt, I don't think he was dealt 585,000 jobs lost in the economy (and don't say it's because of the war, because, in the past 72 years, I think I'm FAIRLY confident the U.S. has been involved in wars), he definitely could have done something about minimum wage, which I have never heard him say anything about. And yes, you're right, let him finish (well, don't let HIM finish) what HE started, not anyone else, him.
-He's only trying to do what's in OUR best interest...? All the figures show that bushes actions in his past presidency have been based on gaining public support on the most trivial things, I find it unbelievable that moral values is what people said the number one concern is for our president. I support Kerry because he knows even if you are religious and have faith, you have to leave that at the door when making decisions as the leader of a country.
-No, we don't think it's "sooo easy" to deal with terrorists, but I've got to say, you're hundreds of times more likely to die from a medical mistake, car accident or from a medical virus or infection than from a terrorist attack. I know, what I'm about to say may seem somewhat heartless, but, how many Americans have really died in the past four years from a terrorist attack? A few thousand, and from one attack; I don't know where you get 10,000 plus from either, so please, if you're going to go on a rant, keep your facts straight, factcheck.org will help you with that.
-At the enormous expense of America, we've liberated Iraq, one dictatorship. Let's see, only about 50+ countries left to go. So, what's our next arbitrary destination of liberation to help fight the "war on terror" (that is the most ignorant term I've ever heard. A war is a conflict between nations, not an action and a nation. That's like me trying to kill air with a knife [die air, die!])? Let's try and be a little more realistic
-Absolute foolishness, "blow the fuck out of the middle east"; the entire world would declare war on us for such an action. Again please try and think more realistically and not generalize an entire portion of the world as evil.

That's it everybody, if you actually read all of this, I appreciate that. Please don't quote me on this and say how wrong I am without reading all of it. Porter, you're an adult and I'm 14; I expected more from you than that. And no, I didn't spend hours finding out the exact facts; this is knowledge every American should be aware of. Oh and one more thing, there are about 274 million Americans living in America, not over 400 million.

Thanks, Iorek

Okay.....pull your heads out of your asses and read the following, liberals:

To Iorek:

Not a shitty hand of cards? Well, I wonder what we should call September 11th. Yes, it was most obviously the greatest thing that could have ever happened. Dickhead.

As for the defecit. He is waging two wars while trying to work on domestic issues. Also, so you fools know. Kerry was going to spend 1.5 times as much as Bush. He had very little cost cuts, had a heavier tax cut and was spending more money overall. Don't complain about the defecit without doing some kind of research.

The job losses started during Clinton's term. Again, do more research. The defecit and job losses began towards the end of Clinton's term when the dotcom rush ended. Bush, as you may or may not WANT to believe, did very little to lesson the jobs. We are currently in a better economic recovery than before he took the office. That is for jobs and a stable economy, not for spending.

Yes, Kerry also knows that if he brings up Vietnam and his actions in it compared to Bush's he will get votes. Kerry is no less of a scumbag than Bush is in this regard. Kerry ran his campaign on fear just as much as Bush. He also brought up issues that America wants to forget(Vietnam).

Terrorism is a lot scarier and a lot less common occurance with a much larger fatality rate than a medical condition. Also, medical conditions are generally natural whereas a suicide bomber in a plane is disturbing, scary and horrible. Oh yeah, Bush's measures(although probably too extreme) probably prevented another terrorist attack.

Use Factcheck.org to find all the bullshit spouted by Kerry too.

As for your comment about "The War on Terror". Wow, quite an intelligent argument there. So, how about all the other crap that every politician has made about random events in history? You can have a war on anything. War on inequality. War for black rights. War for anything.

Also, I disagreed with the war in Iraq. I thought it was dumb. But guess what. One less dictator does make me happy.

"That's it everybody, if you actually read all of this, I appreciate that. Please don't quote me on this and say how wrong I am without reading all of it. Porter, you're an adult and I'm 14; I expected more from you than that. And no, I didn't spend hours finding out the exact facts; this is knowledge every American should be aware of. Oh and one more thing, there are about 274 million Americans living in America, not over 400 million."

So shut the fuck up and learn the facts before bullshitting. It pisses me off to hear your unfounded completely biased liberal bullshit. I hear it enough in school from ignorant, arrogant liberals. I don't need to hear it here. Liberals are supposed to be OPEN MINDED. Not fucking communists against white people.

Greatchickenman:

Wars only create jobs when we need to mass produce stuff. Modern wars have most equipment available and aren't as large scale as The Seven Years War, WW1 or WW2 where massive production is needed. Also, with technology growing as rapidly as it is, we need less manual labor jobs so we won't need to create them as much during wartime.

wft? whoopdee doo to what you just said, I think sticking troops in the middle east, even though EVERYONE pisses and moans about would be in our best interest rather than gaining public support buddy boy.

-No, we don't think it's "sooo easy" to deal with terrorists, but I've got to say, you're hundreds of times more likely to die from a medical mistake, car accident or from a medical virus or infection than from a terrorist attack. Terrorists attacked and killed americans on 9/11, terrorists are dangerous, terrorists kill without second thoughts, doctors don't, they must be wiped off the earth. Who cares how many people they kill every 4 years. If we deal with them now, they can't elaborate a giant killing every four years somewhere. You need to think.

And I have other things to do than check factbooks all day you fuckin loser.

-At the enormous expense of America, we've liberated Iraq, one dictatorship. Let's see, only about 50+ countries left to go. Says who? How about the war on cancer? The war against AIDS. It's a mother fuckin' term, quit being so conservative and open up your pussy a little, don't be so literate. Saddam Hussein was killing people, you've probably read stories about him, he was a bad man.

-Absolute foolishness, "blow the fuck out of the middle east"; the entire world would declare war on us for such an action. Again please try and think more realistically and not generalize an entire portion of the world as evil.

and I would, there is nothing but bullshit that goes on in the Middle East. Constant fighting over a "god" that if you put the science to it, doesn't even exist.

Porter, you're an adult and I'm 14; I expected more from you than that. And no, I didn't spend hours finding out the exact facts; this is knowledge every American should be aware of. Oh and one more thing, there are about 274 million Americans living in America, not over 400 million.

Whoopdee doo. What more did you expect from me? Open your eyes to what we need to do with the trash of the earth. I should have really said, what can the president do to gain the acceptance of 6 billion people to secure our country from this trash.

Oh yeah! 1,334,100! How many people died in the terrorist attacks on 9/11?
3023. lets check this again

Cancer: 1,334,100
9/11: 3023

You know... I really think cancer may be a bigger deal right now.

Porter and Excell, I'm sure that even republicans on this board would appreciate constructive criticism over foaming at the mouth profanity. I sure find it hard to see any of your views as anything more than ridiculous distortions. Absolute jokes, there is no neccessity in criticizing your posts and wasting my time further debating politics, mainly because your replies speak for themselves in their lacking quantity of eloquency and intellegence. I don't think you went to factcheck.org either, because it's non-partisan and clearly points out the lies and distortions of both parties.

I find it humorous that you get so easily upset simply because of an opinionated post on a message board.

Sincerely yours, Iorek

he just said that terrorism is a lot less common than a medical condition. Your opinion is void chickenman.

BTW, cancer is researched hardcore, no signs of them running out of research money in the near future.
