If you make a flash movie put it on the site http://www.newgrounds.com or something.

No, not an animated 3d film.. Perhaps as a real film with actual actors, but a novel version would be best :)

Wether its good or bad, I'd love to see some kind of animated movie of The Way, preferably a good one though.

I think that a bad movie based on preexisting material is generally worse that no movie at all.

I say, if you're going to do an animated film, screw Pixar. I mean, 128 bit looks so fake. Square-Enix used 2048 bit for Advent Children and that looks almost real (I thought is was real).

Probably the best option would be a real movie with real people.

Why, I have no idea what you're talking about. And now I must leave before this post becomes a >_<-fest.

If done right, it could be awesome. 8)

There are few things which wold not be awe-inspiring if done completely right. The more meaningful issue is whether there's a good chance it will be done properly. In this case, I assert that the associated probability is near zero.

If done right? Do you have any idea how few movies are not done right?

It better be at least this quality, if not better:
http://www.bestgamecity.com/popup.php?G ... height=318

It doesn't have to be 3D to be good. Some effects are better in 2D and have more of an effect. I don't think I've seen rendered sword fights ever mimick the impact of a drawn sword fight. Then again, I haven't exactly watch THAT many rendered movies.

However, I think Flash would be perfect, though there is a small problem of extremely large file sizes.

Genru's Blade 2 isn't going to come out for sometime because the author got sued. Apparently, the name ShockAnime was already taken by some random company, and they decided to sue the creator because his movie "tarnished" their name. There were also legal problems with the music he used. He kinda dodged the lawsuits because he really didn't make money off of it, but some websites with ads and what not got sued for a good sum of money. Also, some guy started selling DVDs of the flash movie, and claimed to represent the creator. Needless to say, the legal consquences were...bad

Just a few things for you to keep in mind, to make sure Lun and you guys don't get caught in bureucratical red tape.

personnally id like to see it as a 3D game. The way is better than most commercial rpgs in my opinion. It'd be a better game than FFX, that's for sure.

The Way is better than any Final Fantasy, it's not that that's hard. It's just less deep in some aspects (not plot, of course).
