I had the same problem on my second time playing the way series. There are two ways to handle it. 1: Keep trying until you beat him and 2: Cheat by using RPG maker 2000 to change the event. I admit I used number 2.

The only worse thing then losing to him is getting a "weak victory", story goes on but no rewards.

I only cheated the second time I played. The first time I played the way series (1-5) I did not cheat at all, and that's the save file I will be using for episode 6.

You should have all step 1&2 blade arts and two step 3 blade arts at the end of EP5.

Just to make sure no helpless newbie is misled, that last guy has no idea what his talking about. It was originally going to be possible to save Lexus, but Lun took it out.

If you get all but three notch items, he's easy. LEVEL 4 INJURY if you get a risk something against a risk weakness. Strata and I traded blows for at least 3 tries. He kept getting dang 4-steps on me.
