Now, that WOULD be interesting. It's still most likely Gaius, though, considering Traziun mentioned the other escaped Blood Lyn, and we know that's Gaius (if it wasn't obvious after Kloe and Traziun on the balcony in E4, it's damn well obvious when Gaius and Kloe then meet in E5). Plus Gaius is destroying the Guided from the inside, and since the Blood Lyn and Guided are enemies, that's probably what Kalmar wants him to do.

Maybe the Ghost Horror going to Slade had something to do with Aubuta that was inside him not too much before...
No, I must not make a theory! I don't want to play Fwacho's game! Arrrgh!

The more therories we post, the more Fwacho comments on them, making more chances for him to accidently let somthing important slip.

What do we know about each persons sword?

Rhue's sword can:

Not attack the harbringer.
Maybe drain auras.
Maybe create a shadow person nicknamed the phantom slasher.
Discharge energy in the form of an energy ball (shadowfight, pits)
Posess Rhue (below lide)
...

Hmm when I'm typing this i've come to think of something. When you fight you gain CTP and AR, and this is needed to power up your sword, nothing else. CTP causes your sword to absorb notch items. AR powers up the auras in the sword. We assume that this is possible for any sword, but maybe Rhue's sword, and possibly other swords can absorb other things besides CTP and AR. And also, what happens to the notch items when they get absorbed? Auras are stored inside the sword aswell. Maybe wanderers auras are drained inside aswell.

Conclusion: Shadow swords/illuminati can suck up more stuff than regular swords, and thats maybe why they are shawod swords/illuminati. The more souls it devour the more souls it will contain, thereby it might develop a soul of its own after some time

What does CTP and AR stand for anyway? Is it never said, or do I just miss it everytime I play it.

I dont think that gaining CTP and AR is something more than part of rpg system like exp and ap from any other game.

are you sure? do you know what workings exist in luns mind? NO YOU DO NOT!

anyway, AR is the aura stuff, so it ought to be either just shourt for Aura, or Aura R____

I do wonder what CTP is...

I don't remember where I got this from, but I seem to remember it being concentration points.

Seems logical, but what is AR then?

The harbringer (intentional misspelling by Lun, I think) is the executioner in Estrana, who was about to kill Cetsa in E5.

actually, correct me if I'm wrong, wasn't the harbringer the person doing the killing, and the harbinger the person being killed? I don't remember where I read that.
Edit: here is the dictionary.com definition
har·bin·ger ( P ) Pronunciation Key (härbn-jr)
n.
One that indicates or foreshadows what is to come; a forerunner.

tr.v. har·bin·gered, har·bin·ger·ing, har·bin·gers
To signal the approach of; presage.
(doesn't really help much)

It seems Impossible beat you to the punch with that correction. Also, I don't know if you came up with the idea to plug it into dictionary.com on your own or from reading DSOK's post a while back, but you are right that it doesn't help too much.

Anyway, since someone would definitely have noticed the different (i.e. wrong, as far as standard english is concerned) spelling of harbinger during beta and Lun then would have fixed it, then, it's clearly intended. As the two words, at the moment, seem to have little to do with the actual definition of harbinger (well, other than that a harbinger is a harbinger for the harbringer, if that makes any sense and isn't merely the result of my lack of sleep), the words, in that context, may just have entirely different definitions in The Way, with no connection to the original word, save similar/identical spellings.
