This is just a guess... but what I have noticed...
1. i don't see any of teh first wave posting in here.. (probably becasue they are suckign down coffee hurring to finish the game..

2. There are very good reasons there are at least 9 waves of testing. the size of this episode is incredible. I'm guessing first few waves were chosen from early applicants. after that it was likely a mix of luck, good timing, and Lun liking what he knew about you to be selected... an impressive resume wouldn't hurt either.

It said Wave 2 starts in 1-2 weeks....

Don't whine, I'd kill (you) to be in Wave 2. And I WAS in Wave 2 last year, which is why I'm so pissed off about being pushed back five waves. It's like I was just set up to be disappointed. I'd actually like to know why I was in Wave 2 for E5, if Lun sees this (he's on now)...

Well, 2 of the 3 I think aren't even registered on the forums, and I've never even heard of one of them. I'm the third one, and I haven't recieved access to it yet.

I'm in wave seven, I was suprised to learn that there would be so many waves. I suppose it's nessesary though.

If the one you've never heard of is fxk7m@cms.mail.virginia.edu, that's me. I used a different email address to register at the forum and there is no way you could know that email belongs to me.

BTW, I'm another person who didn't receive Lun's email. Until today, I thought I had been rejected.

Not really. The only other thing it said was that Wave 5 starts in 4-6 weeks. I could just post the entire body of the message here or send you a private message, if you'd like.
