Hey, I got in the 8th wave!

Excellent. Exams will be over, and I'll have plenty of time. Fun!

I think impossible wants to find the most bugs (if not all) and destroy the need for more waves of testing.

I like Tele's idea better.
I found a major glitch in E5 that could have made the game unplayable, I would think Lun would want to get rid of stuff like that sooner.

I don't have RM2K experience in terms of making games (although I've tried), but I've got it in every area that counts - beta testing most mostly requires knowledge of events, switches, variables and editing of things like that, if something went wrong, and it's hard to work on a timeline, novelization, and fucking around with E5 to my own desires (>_<) without being able to do those things. I at least made sure I was capable of using switched and variables in my last couple of plays through the series.

But really, it's not like I was the only person affected by random choices (although I don't know if anyone else besides War was knocked down five waves). I can think of a few people who all should have been in the first 3 or 4 waves, and instead a bunch of random people, people who haven't ever beta tested or aren't forum regulars, and a few just plain idiots/newbies/n00bs are in those places. But most of the people I'm thinking of are around Wave 5... :( It wouldn't be so bad if I were at least with them. >_>

And that post just got far too long and whiny...

It's okay Impossible, this has been a traumatic experience for us all. (Or it was at first, at least.) I went to take a nap thinking I wasn't able to beta test and the subject actually came up in my dream. <_<

Why would these people be idiots, newbies, or n00bs? :s perhaps people applied who have far more skill in rm2k then you have. Just because they don't have a forum account doesn't make them any less.

Lun himself couldn't make this whiney bitch shut the fuck up. Seriously. He's getting really fucking annoying with his complaining about not getting the wave he wanted. Take some Midol, or something. Life goes on.
I'll say I found her floating face down and I won't let them hurt you, I swear, from the crystal to the crucifix, I will always be with you. So if I go to hell for this I guess I'll meet you there.

Hey Inderos, at least Impossible complains about shit worth complaining about most of the time and doesn't constantly brag about how amazing he is at double penetrating a girl.

That's not worth complaining about. You get to play a game later. So what? Stop thinking your some kind of hero that can say The Way from gliches. Other people can do that too.

Actually, neither main paragraph in that post was me whining about my wave. The first one was in response to what Tele and Thrawn said, the second one was a general statement.

Not sure who exactly this post is directed to, but I'm also on a later wave, so the novelty of beta testing will be diminished a good bit and my bug-crushing skills won't be put to their full potential due to a lack of bugs, but it's not like there's anything I can do about it now.

So, I'll just play the game when the time comes around and I won't lose sleep over it (... at least after that first night of not getting a beta email). The game'll still be as novel a concept then as it would be next week. My job is to kill bugs, and I will consider my efforts a failure if there is one single bug or error of any sort anywhere in the entire episode after wave 7. I'm sure you'll feel the same.

Honestly, don't start an argument about it.

I still to relived that I'm actually in a wave to start complaining thats its not as high of a wave as I hoped. I'll probably just past the time playing through The Way again, and then play some other RM2K games, like TTHW. Hopefully 4-6 weeks wont feel as long that way.
