Dream Estrana

When Scatha was in the pits, we assume she wanted Night Reaper, and she never got it, but was still able to get the ingredients for the formula. I was thinking maybe the ingredient for the catalyst is formed in the pits, and was crafted in to shadow swords. Because people that Rhue killed, and people from Estrana, who got killed by monsters from the pits ended up there. I was thinking it was a midway between two worlds, maybe the soul of a being rests in the upper way, and cast it's shadow in to the middle way. When a person's aura is seperated by this catalyst, the shadow becomes stuck between two worlds, and people cannot sense themselves on the upper way, because their impression of reality is still being channeled partly to the other world.

Interesting theory... sounds like you've put some work into this.

To me, Dream Estrana is where wanderers that have lost the will to live go. I've got a terrbile theory, I know.

Hmm, I always thought the places Rhue walks on when "hacking" in to Slade's mind were on the upper way. This is also where he battled a man with straight hair, who seemed to be "vanquished" like the guy in the pits. Rhue was able to see stuff slade was probably thinking about, and even slightly alter his preception. It seemed similar to where the Blana Sera [or however you spell it] Saw all Kloe knew, it didn't look like the place Traziun followed Kalmar to. I was thinking the Blana Sera were just beings on the upper way, and Rhue may have killed one of them while "hacking" in to Slade's mind.

The Blana Sera is still most likely Kalmar, or if there are more than one, he's one of them.

But then, why would the Blana Sera show himself to all the Blood Lyn at his temple? It's possible they're all the highest ranked Blood Lyn who defend his temple, but... Maybe the Black Lyn is only the representative of the Blana Sera on the Way. I never really thought about this before... But Kalmar was at the start of E4 at Matalan, wasn't he? It's hard to tell what exactly the Blana Sera do.

Yeah, that's most likely true. Still, you never know.

That's why we call them theories.

Yeah, Kalmar has shown the abilities that Rhue also seems to have, not only being able to see someone's mind, but "hack" in to it. The Blana Sera just tell the blood lyn to kill people. That's all, it seems. By Traziun saying "The Blana Sera and I have personal issues.. actually, it goes way beyond personal" Or something like that, it does seem to hint that Kalmar is the Blana Sera. Sure, it seems quite evident that Gaius is the perfect blade - killing bandits, double-double crossing the Guided, and whatnot..

Grudge match between Traziun and Gaius = Awesome!
