But if dippy was so powerfull, howcome he didnt try to blow me up when i took him from the place in the first episode? if i were him i would totally blow my head to bits and leave me a twitching mass of blood and pain on the ground...

...did you not read the explanation at all? Dippy was never really captured! Every time a wanderer thinks that Dippy is in their possesion, Dippy disappears, and uses his mind powers to make the wanderer think they have captured him, pain, suffering and insanity follows.

Wait... Dippy is actually Tetzel! Why didn't I see it before? 
EDIT: My proof: you follow Gaius, who is saying he will lead you to Tetzel. When you get there, there is no one there but Gaius, proving that Gaius was actually Dippy and thus Tetzel the whole time! XD

Okay, I've finally finished my easter egg. This should explain everything.
Right click, and 'Save Target/Link as...'
Put this in the Way Episode 5 folder, and set the Hero start event next to Dippy.
