Its probably just places were Styoko was going to be, but Lun changed his mind and never changed the name back. Probably also Rhue was going to orignaly meet Dana again at the tournement instead of Rhan, but that was changed too.

Your probably looking into it to much, the Kygar part was most likely there because Lun is making sure not to leave any plots holes, and to make up for the lack of plunges in the game. As far as were his body went... maby there were more Blue Scarves in with them that were still hiding and took away his body after Rhue kills him.

Well, Rhue's setting quite a pace for himself, so after he beat up Rosmar it's perfectly possible that he can't follow Rhue anymore. Also, he might have died when Estrana was destroyed.

Lun is quite...cunning when it comes to these kind of things.
But it has been a while since I played it, I can't remember for sure, but it is an interesting point. Tell you what though, I nearly died when I saw Rhue kill Lexus - I knew it was going to happen, it was obvious, but the execution (excuse the pun) of it was brilliant. I did a bit of snooping *GASP* (you sly honest prick squish!) and there could potentially be a way as not to get Lexus killed...just food for thought. Toss up a few ideas, I'd love to hear them all.

The Lexus not dying thing is ancient. Lun originally made it so that if you got her variable high enough she would live, but it was taken out of the final game - you can't get it to the number required. Plus there are no other events programmed into the game, so I think the guy Rhue kills might just change into Lexus and everything would continue exactly the same.
