The same place as you? I thought you might be familiar with the term. A spork is, as Burning_Flame put so eloquently, a cross between a fork and a spoon. Plastic forks are often these, if they have a round, filled in shape rather than being actual forks.

...I'm still not convinced. I reckon they are the lamest thing out. Why not call them a ...foon ...or something. And no I didn't know what a spork was, thanks for enlightening me.

Except you can use the edge to cut soft food and use the bottom to spread butter or whatever.
