No, that's why you mass probes and mine up a storm of minerals, then run around building pylons randomly across the map while telling jokes and acting stupid for several hours. When they finally just about beat you, they either give up or ally you because they've never played such a stupid match.
It's always worked for me.

I used to be protoss. I'd play on the Fastest Possible Map Ever (man that was awesome), fill the entire bridge from the main landmass with cannons, then wall my entire island with cannons for anti-air. After that, I would fill my food limit with carriers and blow the enemy into oblivion. However, this strategy was slow, too slow in most cases. Thats when I realized protoss were a sucky race, and went zerg. Actually I usually don't play melee, and just enjoy the masses of Use Map Settings (UMS) maps. Snowball wars = best UMS ever.

That strategy is, for me, not "too slow". There have been only about 1 or 2 (though, very embarrassing) moments when that strategy has never worked for me. Maybe it's just that you're too slow with the Protoss. But yes, I almost never do Melee anymore, instead I bask in the light of UMS.

strategy for me, is play zerg, get zerglins out, keep attacking the enemy even thought u lose the zerglings, then i make some ultras and some number of mutalisks (ultras + mutalisks combination is actually good)

Dont worry about Protoss Anti-air. Protoss Air's good if u dont play terran guys. (damn german girl pilot)

Yes, but one must also take into account the bulkiness of Dragoons, which makes them hard to manage compared to marines and hydralisks. However, it must be noted that a group of zealots can rip apart a lightly defended base faster than anything else.

EDIT: Also, high templars tends to make a mess of any mass of forces. A few psionic storms can rip apart the bulk of Carrier fleets. And also scare the living shit out of any player by making it seem you have a lot more units than you really do. And Archons kicks ass, until it meets a Science Vessel.

I hate duriel, I hate him hith a passion! I've never even tried to kill him more than once. And for anybody that wants more of a challenging game start a new character and hit enter, type /players 8 , then hit enter, that sets it so you gain the first level by killing 3 zombies! By the end of Den of evil i was at level 8 and it makes the game alot funner
