i'm a brand new user and I'm sure that I don't understand the game as much as you guys but I do remember when Rhue and Slade were taking the plunge that Slade said something like "Who's Serena? I'm talking about Cetsa." Well then doesn't that take out the theory that Scatha's younger sister is Serena. I also think she might have an important part but i dont think she is Serena but hey i'm new what do i know.

How does that rule it out? Slade's little sister doesn't have to be called "Serena" to be "Serena" There must be some basis of the memories Rhue has of "Serena" but some information, including the name may have been lost through some weird aura thing..

I have to say that i think the reason there is so many characters in the first place is that the odds of you finding out who the phantam slasher is would be really bad this game is almost likeTHE THING and idont think people should be figuring this out By looking at facesets and charsets If you don't try to find based ont hte story it's just like cheating.

I really doubt that Rhue would have followed Serena all those years just for puppy love. The charasets seemed very young, and while I know lun laughs at the charaset theories, using bad charicter sets would just be low quality game development. However, they could be a race of people that seem younger than they are, kinda like some Asian people only more so.

Personally, I think they were somewhere between ten and fourteen.

If you think that, then I can only conclude that you must be a retard. Now if you said something like "Someone who looks at lolicon pictures is a pedophile", I would've only classified you as a judgemental prick, but seeing the display of two kids looking at the stars together as "something a pedophile would like/do" is really making me shake my head in disbelief.

We still don't really know what happened in the aura transfer that probably went on at Landorin though. Maybe "Rhue" was just really good friends with Serena and, believing that it was love, trying to do things that he thought lovers would do. But then Landorin massacre happened, and "Rhue" became the Rhue we know, and since his body was at that point the body of an adult, the memories of Serena were contorted into actual love. If that's the case, then he could have very well been as young as the char sprite looks.
