If you have someone who eats breakfast and someone who does not, thinking they will lose weight that way. The person who ate breakfast might actually lose more weight as there body has more energy and can burn more then the person who didn't.
Its basically when you eat that will make you lose/gain more weight. I am not saying you can eat anything you want just at just the right times. I am just saying if you eat the same thing at two different times you might lose or gain more weight at the different times you eat.
