I have to completely disagree with you, Glenn. Connor Oberst has one of the most distinctive, amazing voices ever. He's also a brilliant lyricist. Anyways, everyone has their own tastes.

now that i think of it; if you want some really peaceful tunes; listne to some of the way music; just make sure u change the song every 10ish minutes cause the loop might start getting predictible

Road Trippin' by The Red Hot Chili Peppers is a really good peaceful song. So is Porcelain, expet not as good.

Hah, thanks Sage, but I already have most of their albums. I'm a huge Chili Peppers fan.

Good call though, I do agree fully. Porcelain is probably more relaxing though, just cuz it's not about driving with buds. If I was alone and depressed, I wouldn't wanna hear about friends that I don't have.

You don't have any sense of emotion, do you? Connor's voice is one of the most important parts of Bright Eyes. The occasion missed note or cracking voice only adds on to the emotion that is Bright eyes.

Okay, the emotion I get is that he wants to sing, but can't, and tries to take out his sorrow on his audience, sorry but that's the way I feel.
