Not by definition. It's more of an "over the top" recommendation.

But let me reiterate the topic that's been on top of the list for the past year or so.

6. KEEP PERSONAL ISSUES TO THE PM FEATURE, OR EMAIL, OR ANYTHING NOT IN PLAIN SIGHT!

9. No playing "post tag", that is, back and forth aruging with someone on a topic. Bonus loser points added if the debate has nothing to do with the topic itself. No creating a post simply to state how useless another post is.
