well all we really know is that rhue and Gaius had killed SOMEONE and maybe Rhue really is jeruh and when they (possibly) killed Midian, Rhue absorbed Midian's shadow or soul or something lol and his thoughts and what not got absorbed too so he's now all mixed up.

And the phantom slasher could be midian's conscious that leaves rhue when he's asleep to find Jeruh which could be rhue himself, and he doesn't kill rhue because obviously he's his new body.

OR the phantom slasher could be midian or jeruh killing people who could've caushed the Landorin massacare or had some influence on it, Because someone in episode two in the tavern said that he doesn't attack small children (who were the victims in Rhue's eyes) which rhue was when he was little during the landorin massacare. The blade rhue has probably provoked another conscious in him to kill people that might have caused the massacare as in an act of justice or something.

I have no idea but those are a few ideas

Another Thing, when you has flashbacks to the Landorin Massacre.
He says he saw 2 strangers and 1 gave him his sword (the shadow sword).
In Episode 2, we see the Phantom Slasher together with some other shadowy characeter. What if the Phantom Slasher was the one who gave him that sword and there is some plot to control Rhue for evil purporse and the PS is a pawn to a greater evil and Gaius is aware of this so tells Rhue to get rid of the shadow sword.

In Episode 2, as well, Rhue actually sees the Phantom Slasher twice, in both cases it is just looking at him so whoever the PS is, it might actually be watching over Rhue. The PS might actully know Rhue, because In Episode 2, it drew it's sword but put it away when it came close and saw Rhue's face. Also the PS has been with another shadowy character that resembles Scatha, so she might actaully know who the PS is.

We'll have to wait and see.

Also the two figures on the building in episode two was Cetsa and Kygar talking about Scatha and i'm pretty sure it was Scatha running around and that is why they were talking about it. It coulf be some other people but i'm PRETTY sure it's those two.

not entirely true, in the intro of ep 1 we see the ps while rhue is walking, and i'm pretty sure it's the ps we see outside of the fligg cave (after you meet traz, before you meet gaius)

Or it could have been Gaius. Remember it's been often debated on the forums that Rhue and Gaius' basic outline sometimes looks like that of the Phantom Slasher, so it isn't neccesseraly the Phantom Slasher outside the fligg cave, it could have just been Gaius following Rhue.

Without arousing too much suspicion on Traziun's part he discoveres that either Midian/Jeruh has gone by another name and is pretending not to recodnise Gaius, or he has amnesia.

Well we don't really know who Gaius really is, we know he's had some dealings with the guided in Estrana, he may be a Forerunner, but I'm not totaly sure if I remembering something about the Blood Lyn, two people broke their blood oaths and escaped, one was Traziun but I dunno who the other guy was and I can't remember if it's been revealed as Gaius or not. Been a while since I've played the way.

Anyway, Who knows if Gaius is a Forerunner then he'd have knoweldge of every entrance and exit in every cave, canyon, basically everywhere. So he may have found a quick way in.

yeah Kloe is admits that she likes the other blood lyn that broke the oath and she says to Gaius that she loves him so yeah: It's Gaius! lol

I think Gaius maybe the phantom slasher too because Sacrifa said that the PS was a pawn of the guided or the court (or something like that o_O) and you don't really know Gaius' connection to them which may question his over all truthfulness in the matter
