I recently took a pole of just about everybody I knew that owns a PSP. For every single one of them the most played games are emulated Nintendo games. Talk about irony.

As a resident of the UK, I must contest this. What you need to realise, is that there is a massive demand for the PSP over here. The only reason why the DS is outselling it at the moment, is because not enough units are being shipped over and readily available to consumers. Most stores are sold out. If an equal amount of PSP and DS consoles were available nationwide, it would be a safe bet to assume that the PSP would outsell the DS.

I'm not some Sony fanboy telling you this. I have a DS, and have no interest in purchasing a PSP. But those figures you provided don't even tell half of the story.

The Playstation brand is massive over here. The PSP broke the records for most console units sold in the first week.

Nope. I've got the guilt list of demands ready, and the mariokart DS bundle is on the top, so we'll see how it goes. This is where not nearly failing highschool to go to a community college and not smoking a bunch of shit in junior high comes in handy, as well as keeping my mouth shut to the comments my mother has on ordeals such as equal rights or gay pride. We'll see...yessss.....

Okay I know really nothing 'bout the DS. How do you go online with it?

It has an in-built capability to connect to Wireless internet sources. You simply pick up a compatable game, connect in-game and play. You can also play exclusivly with your freinds by using a freind code generated when you go online.

Pretty simple stuff really, but it's made me start neglecting my other consoles which will only get worse when i actually get my hands on Animal Crossing: Wild World.

God i want that game.
