Ok everyone get ready, put on your reading glasses and take a seat.

Well everyone has to realize that everyone has a diffrent mindset and view of other things. I agree what happened to that man was a sad thing but what we did to the Iraqi POWs was pretty awful too. Maybe one of them was a sibling of on of the murders of Nick Berg. If someone did something savage to anyone of my family members I'd of done alot worse.
But I remember Excell said that theres only a few people doing the things but the rest is supporting it. See they don't have a democracy so if all the big powerful people say "Hey lets goto war" then the small weak people will obviously agree, because if they don't the stupid big powerful people will kill them. It works like this all over the world and if you haven't figured that out yet then your very naive toward the innerworkings of the world. See this happens in america too, maybe a little diffrent but the same idea.
They think were invading they're country so they hate us, you'd hate someone that was invading your country wouldn't you? See the people who know english are telling lies to the people that don't. Like I could tell you 'Queso' means fuck you in spanish and you wouldn't know it mean't cheese.... unless you knew spanish ofcourse.
This war is based off alot of confusion really, ofcourse there are alot of people in the world that do just want to ruin the lives of others.

I think we need to come to the point where we stop comparing abuse and torture and murders between us and them. Both are bad, both are horrible. There have been 3 unexplained homicides of iraqi's, so we may have done something simmilar to the "Nick Berg" incident. But it doesnt matter. This isnt a problem that lies on an entire country, religion, or culture group.

I know several islamic people that actually have a very good sense of honor and peace in their religion. I know quite a few Iraqi's who IM me all the time. Wandering fool was right to say that this is a question of perspective. From our perspective, sensationalist news programs love depicting islamic people and iraqi's as blood-raging animals. They equally love portraying our own men in uniform, most who do NOT partake in such abuse, as corrupted.

Some are. But, no matter what angle you look at it, you cannot see the entire picture. There are many iraqis who did indeed hate sadam. Why do they hate us though? You need to realize that more people are dying under us than under Sadam (I dont count the Kurds, they are practically their own country and have been at war with Iraq for a long time). Imagine how many have lost their children, husbands, wives, fathers... I know many of you have someone you care about alot. I know many of you have someone you truely love.

But look at things from their perspective.. freedom is being FORCED on them. We are nation building. Isnt that a concept? Forced freedom? More like an oxymoron. Sure, you cant have freedom without a huge loss of life. History has proved that it takes alot to achieve democracy... what we did is told THEM what they were ready for, instead of letting them decide it themselves. That is why ultimately, this will fail. The problem lies in the fact that they dont WANT freedom yet.

It costs too much, sometimes even so much as the lives of loved ones. And that's why we have things like this happening.

If you're being racist against Islam, I don't think you should. People like bin Laden (it means son of Laden in case you didn't know) take Islam way too seriously. When it says there's only one God people start killing every Hindu. In Islam you can never be rewarded for killing somebody unless they're guilty ENOUGH. And they're idiots. They're giving millions of people a bad name. But actually something like this is supposed to happen (it says that in the Quran). That the whole world will become terribly wrong. I liked your rant up until the end. The USA is not trying to install a dictatorship. They want a puppet democracy, much different. We also don't give two shits about training an army over there. The USA hates using foreign troops, they would never use these mysterious 50,000 troops you'e come up with. Finally, North Korea will always continue it's nuclear "campaign".

I never even came close to being racist towards Islam. Sorry if I offended anyone. I hate the Middle Eastern idea of Islam.

Okay, well Saddam is gone, so hopefully we won't have cruelty. Also, there are only TWO parts of Islam. What I mean is something like in Christianity where you have Methodist, Morman, Quaker, Disciples of Christ, and so on. I think he has a THIRD type of belief in Islam he believes in. Taliban and other groups in Afganistan didn't let women practice Islam. In Islam it says: "Those who are best to themselves are best to their wives." So again, they're racist. Somebody has to tell more people that if we CANNOT choose, then you cannot DECIDE.

North Korea will never be a threat to us. No country with only one or two nukes will. As long as the current treaties we've got are followed, the ability to gain more than just a couple is severely hindered.

That brings us to the problem of treaties being followed, because lets face it... GWB hasnt been the best treaty-follower.

Regarding my rant, I stand by what I said towards the end. A puppet democracy looks pretty damn much like a dictatorship to them. Only in this case, more people are dying. We promise them freedom... and all we are liberating is the lives... not from sadam, but from the earth itself.

Umm....not exactly. Women aren't beaten for showing up in public without traditional clothing on. You can criticize our policies there(which we see a lot of). We don't mass slaughter them for opposing our government, like Saddam did. You are obviously either an America hating liberal(disgusting) or a non-American. You paint this portrait of America like everything the country does it wrong. Sorry to break it to you buddy, but the US, Britain and Japan are the best places in the world to live in. We aren't evil and we aren't out to ruin these people's lives. But before I go any further, I would like to see your response.

Definately not. I defended our troops as you saw above. I'm saying that we cant attempt to force freedom on them... Freedom takes blood, sweat, and tears... and it will always fail if the country isnt willing to supply them.
