That's the shortcut key to the Database. F12 does.

Ah, now I have a technical issue. Hopefully you'll know how to assist.

Now, for whatever reason, whenever I start whichever game of The Way (In both RM2K3 and through the shortcut itself) it minimizes the window. Whenever I try to open it, it minimizes it back down. This is really bothering me, as I've made some advancement and it's a pity if it stops working now..

Any ideas?

Try either windowing it or full screening it, whichever you're not doing.

Also, just what ARE you trying to run this on? Your video card might be dying.

Possible-unlikely. If anything's dying it's my processor itself, because my video card blowed since day one. But I just turned off some process and that solved the problem.
