Couuld you give us an example? Not just that the process works to an extent or on a small scale, but evidence that it actually produced all of the life on Earth today?

I admit that I'm not really qualified to argue the biological arguements against evolution, but neither is anyone on this forum qualified to argue the biological arguements for evolution. Otherwise, it's just a double standard, or do we have a biology PhD on these forums?

Also, in my opinion, the whole "god is testing us" is the worst Christian explanation for the existance of pain. If he is testing us, what is he testing us for? God wants us to have free moral choice, and therefore allows human beings to cause harm to eachother, because otherwise we would just be another kind of animal that happens to have a talent for creating technology.

I'm not a PhD, but I know enough to say that how life actually originated is anyones guess, but that everything was created like it is today just a few thousand years ago is jsut implausible.

It could be primorial ooze. If so then it would have occured in many many little puddles, but maybe only succesfully enough in a few or just one.
It could also be a creation, like god creating a basic lifeform and prodding it into evolution or something.

Evidence supporting evolution has been found in several places. Fetuses all look incredibly similar during the early phases, and by looking at this we can see how close some species are to eachother.

The structure of a feather shows how it evolved, first like a strain of hair, then it grew barbs, then each barb grew small barbs and so on and so forth untill the strain of hair had evolved into a feather. How it actually evolved would be hard to explain since we don't knwo what good feathers would have done for dinousaurs, maybe those with a more lush fur, bordering on feathers would have survived better in the environment. Who knows.

Lesse, more biology, ah yes, controlled breeding. Even before the theory of evolution farmers knew that if you let the good cows mate and keep the bad cows from mating you would most likely end up with only good cows.
This has been implemented to create tons of different types of roses. It has been used on strawberries, wich were much smaller in the wild, acutally they have another name, can't name it on english.
It has been used to create the Belgian Blue cow. It has most likely been used on boars to create pigs.

We can see it when a white person and a black person have a child.

Something as simple as me getting my eye colour is a proof of evolution.
Natural selection says that the individual most suited for it's environment will be most succesfull in spreading it's genetics, AKA making babies. And thus it's genetics will be passed on to another generation. and as long as the offspring have a trait that is beneficial they'll have more luck in spreading there genes, etc.

Albinos stand out very much and are eaten, otherwise albinos would be a common trait.

I've just been to a concert and i am very tired, good night.

Well, the geological record points towards a primeval soup, a place where the seas had been filled with amino acids forming naturally through processes in the earth's atmosphere, untill it was about the same consentration of a cup of rich soup. From there, there are multiple ways in which more complex cells or even DNA could have formed, but because I'm too lazy to type them up right now, (damn allergy medicine,) you can find some of them here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Origin_of_life. This is just some of the more popular views. There are hundres of hypotheses on how more complex cells formed, and conidering that it's the whole ocean we're talking about here, more than one could have worked, under different conditions different places.

Edit: Also:

Erm... Why shouldn't that be just as probable? There is no direct proof that we have any higher standing or are more complex that any other creature on earth.

And lastly:

Those are exactly the same processes. If evolution on small scale exists, then so would it on large scale. It's the same sort or DNA coding, only it's forced to repeat to produce a larger amount of proteins. Variations in species, as Tele pointed out, is an observed fact. The only differece is the types of pressure the species recive from their enviorment, or plainly speaking: what's more efficient at surviving to reproduce.

Aegis, I am not going to bother, I have learned over the years that it is pointless to argue with those that flee reality using religion.

So, we've gone from intellgent debate back to calling the other side a bunch of idiots who just believe what they want to believe?

No.

I have never stated that what you believe in is wrong.

I have stated that what you do not believe in is right.

Believing in one thing should not cause you to stop believing in another

But too many people do so these days, Because everyone else that have the same faith do so, Because everyone before them did so.

And in the end, Instead of thinking for yourself, You end up lieing to yourself.

You assume heaven is white? I'd have preferred technicolor or transparent.

I heard someone say this on T.V. I'll paraphrase.

"Heaven is Love. In heaven, we all love God, and God loves us. We are all one in the love of god."

Now, my first thought was "Ew, even the guys? That's so gay."

No, I'm not an albino. I just have a deep interest in them. They can be quite a beautiful people. Add to that the red hair, and you have me swooning.

The avatar I'm using right now is what started my obsession. Some genius Oblivion player decided to make a character with really light skin and orange hair. When I saw the first picture the guy posted, I almost fainted. Then I saw the one of her smiling. Ah....
