Please put the razor blade down, and stop wearing your little sister's pants.
"You see, wire telegraph is a kind of a very, very long cat. You pull his tail in New York and his head is meowing in Los Angeles. Do you understand this? And radio operates exactly the same way: you send signals here, they receive them there. The only difference is that there is no cat." (Albert Einstein, when asked to describe radio)

Dear diary,

Sometimes I think only you are the one who truly understands me...

After all these years of emo-gay-faggoty-nonconformity, I truly think you are the only one who listens to me. Oh diary, will you marry me?

Eagerly waiting a reply (or I'll cut myself for real this time, not fake, like the first 39 times)

Sorry, that bit about the pants reminded me of that emo video.

Feel Good inc. rocks.

Weird Al is also pretty awesome, but boring after the first few times. The lyrics are so good they stick in your mind easy making the songs seem extremely predictable.

Offspring just sucks. And why even mention Hanson?

And as for:
Please put the razor blade down, and stop wearing your little sister's pants.

I think the best way to stop people being 'emo' is to ignore the fact that they're acting like it.
However, steriotyping someone as an emo because of their music is insulting. I listen to some of those bands, and I think my sisters clothes suck, and I think people who cut their wrists are either attention seekers (they who probably don't cut their wrists anyway) or gutless and selfish (for not facing their problems, and leaving behind more turmoil in their wake).
(And anyone who thinks they're not conforming by pretending to be emo isn't fooling anyone. If they truely weren't conforming then we wouldn't be able to give them a steriotype.)
And bringing emo-ness up in a topic is a good way to kill it, fast.

Some other bands I listen to are:
- Killswitch Engage
- Senses Fail
- Breaking Benjamin
- Mudvayne

And I still listen to other bands like Powderfinger, Smash Mouth, Coldplay, and such.

coldplay has some good songs.

And please don't joke about cutting wrists.
There are those who say the do and should actually have their wrists forcibly cut just to show them it's nothing to joke around about.
Then there are those who actually do, who cut themselves and then try to cover up the scars with make up, walk around hating themselves for what they feel and the only way they can think of to escape from their feelings is to create pain.

Emo people jsut suck though, they're all just idiots, but seriously depressed people, who aren't jsut idiot teens who thnink that it's cool and have been misled by some other idiot, usually don't want to be depressed, and they worry about it, and since being depressed isn't normal they try to take their focus off of it, and I think that's why they can do thinks like considering suicide and slitting wrists.

you start out as a know it all, then proceed to become a hardcore besserwisser, follow that with a course on booring behavious, finishing it off with "how to make fun into sad, and other pervesions of moods" by Earnift Hummingroad

Or you could just get a few points in emo, in which case you'll become a downer and a moodkiller. though not as powerful as the professional mood killer, as you have suicidal tendencies, and tend to do slashing damage towards yourself.

For the people who took spanish.

Wissen is "to know" in German, Besser is a cognate for "Better" as well, therefore a besserwisser can be thought of as a know-it-all. Am I correct Tele?

And yes, I know he is swedish, but there are several similar words I've heard him use.
