So...since we all know super saiyan includes massive amounts of heair growth, can we conclude either
a) The cat was bald and is now super saiyan four?
or
B) The cat is going to get even hairier as it's power levels increase.

Super Saiyan kitty all the way. He can like trip over the tower kitty, and the bigger they are the harder they fall. Of course is shinyness makis it hard for him to stealthily trip the big kitten so he'll have to use some sort of mild energy blast.

Ignoring that, God Kitten would still win. I mean, LOOK AT HIM! I figure, sometimes tall people are the weakest anyway, and if you're glowing, you're either glowing from radioactive waste, or from power. Raw, jerky power. And also, he's God's cat. God make all cats, so he obviously wanted the best cat as his. End of statement.

Well, in a serious fight, tower cat would claw god kitten's throat, gg no re.
But if god kitten is able to pull off his super ultra hyper mega giant fusion attack, It might be a fight for the ages.
And Tower Cat looks an awful lot like Top Cat. And that's enough to win any fight.
