Are you playing it using the stand alone player or in test play through RM2K?

Might be worth trying if you havn't already. Other than that no idea.

Make a backup of all your stuff and reformat the computer...
Either that or go out and buy a new one...

I'm using a PC, buttfucker.

That's three times.

My video card is a GeForce 2 or something ancient and shitty like that. This is why I'm a console gamer, not a PC gamer, I can buy a new system every five years (or four if you buy an XBox), not a new overpriced computer or graphics card or something every three months. I was horrified by how quickly my shiny new graphics card turned into a piece of crap.

...Um, all that aside, this is the first time I've ever not been able to run The Way on it before. Actually, to be honest, that's probably not true and you could search the forums or IRC logs and you might find evidence of it, I think I can recall at least one time in the past something has been a problem. But... it doesn't seem like it would be something like that when everything else works fine.
