Open up Episode 1 in RPG Maker 2000. Go to the map titled, "IntroMap4B". Click on the woman on the right. The name of it is EV0003-Lexus. Coincidence?

Maybe this means that Sorya is lying. She DID know Rhue before, and Rhue forgot is all. And that's why she wasn't shy about going up to him and talking.

Or, as common sense would suggest, that was going to be Lexus, or she was going to be a more important character different to E4's Lexus (who may not have been named yet).

But considering that girl was killed by the Phantom Slasher, I find it hard to believe she's Lexus. And the sprite is totally different.
