I watched part of this a while ago, or at least I think I did. Is this the one with all of the theories about the government putting explosives in the towers? The one responsible for making media puppets and drug-addicts more paranoid?

I'd watched about half of it before.

Personally, I don't think the US government set up 9/11, but I do think they're a very corrupt bunch.

Yeah, I got about half-way through then had to stop. The evidence seems pretty sound and logical. Always a plus.
