Yeah, it seems to favor Gaius, and can't take points away. I'm really nothing like Gaius, although I wouldn't argue my second and third places so much.

You could make any answer favor a bit all the character.
For example, a question who normally favors Rhue and Traziun would favor all the character by 1 and Rhue and Traziun by 2.
So, if a question doesn't favor a character at all, it's like it subtracts points from them.
Is it possible?

I took the test twice and got Gaius as #1 twice! Yet, I'm not like Gaius at all... I always considered myself to be a mix of Slade/Traziun/Kloe. Though, Slade and Kloe are in my top 5, so that's good.
