What do you think is gunna happen in EP 6?

Well it may depend on if you beat him at the end of EP 5, because if he does come back it'll just be in the story to prove to Rhue that he has a Shadow Sword because he'll go mental at Strata or something.

Yeah, Strata has me confused....I really have no idea what's going to happen to him. He stands no chance against Rhue......probly even with a Shadow/Illuminati.

Yeah, but we know having a Shadow Sword does not ensure victory, we've had plenty of people in the party who were supposed to have shadow sowrds or we assume they haveand yet the party can still get a game over. But we dunno what happens after a gameover in the story we can't really tell.

Personally, I dont think Slade is dead. I mean the only evidence we have is:

I dont think Rhue is the master of whether someone is alive or not. They probably don't even know how to check vital signs in this story's time and age.

Even so, I don't think Slade can do much to the story but reveal Scatha is Chasta, which I don't think he knows, only Scatha and maybe Dirk (He seems close to Scatha) can really reveal that.

Maybe the Shadow Sword can be either active or inactive... when inactive it might act like a regular sword... but when active it's probably an incredible, virtually undefeatable weapon... Maybe...

Just a game thing which has nothing to do with the story, there'd be no challenge in the game if everytime some1 had a shadow sword (very often) there wouldn't be the dark screen coming up.

There are a lot of things that I think could happen in Episode 6. Here's one scenario I've drawn up:

Rhue verifies that he is indeed the Phantom Slasher, and that this is brought about by his sword. However, he discovers that it is his soul that is tainted by the sword in such a way that the soul separates from his body at night (in a fashion similar to what happened at Joppaga's lab), and goes around killing people and absorbing auras. To resolve this Rhue will have to fight his sword or soul.

Trazuin discovers that it was Slade (I would say Gaius but he's weak so a fight between the two would be no fun and I don't want to see Rhue beat up on Trazuin) who killed his mother. Unfortunately he also discovers that Slade is dead, so he goes off to do his own thing and seek out the other blood lyn who ran away whoever that may be.

Gaius gets destroyed by Rhue, who is plenty angry about being kept in the dark about everything, and it turns out that Gaius was one of the kids who was involved in the attacks at the landorin stretch. In fact, Cetsa, Scatha, Kloe, practically everyone was one of these kids (like the orphanage in FF8). They all managed to escape the beasts somehow (maybe Dirk saved them) and Trazuin's father gave Rhue his sword.

To wrap things up...there are more scenes with that Median (spelling?) guy (the one in the scene with the Shadow Inn after it's been burned down), we discover that the place Median lives in is really the upper way, Strata sells his soul to the Lord of the Pits in an effort to beat Rhue, but he still loses, and it's revealed that Scatha is Serena.

Obviously this is all just speculation, but I really think that Scatha is Serena or at least knows Serena really well (maybe the two are sisters).

What I really want answered, though, is who is Slade's mother and who is his other sibling (besides Scatha).

I think serena could be the other child in the scene with slade/slades mother/scatha, I'm sure I remember the mother saying that the youngest one dies as a result of scatha not looking after it. Probably fell into a river

What I think Rhue should do is just forget about the whole Serena thing and get with Cetsa, I mean he has a good thing going there...
