Ah- now Strata may just be a character that Orlando Bloom could to pull off. I saw him in the new series of Extras the other day and he was really good at being arogant. Probably the best thing I've ever seen him do.
From what my barber told me, I now knew that nothing was real.

Yep. He could probably pull off Strata with some makeup. Anyone know exactly how old Sacrifa would be?

Yeah, I was thinking Orlando Bloom for Gaius (before I decided that Wentworth Miller would be a better Gaius) at first but he would be a better Strata. Oh and to clear things up, should Cillian Murphy be Rhue?
Dunno about Sacrifa though. I figured he would be 30 and that his grey hair etc was down to premature ageing.

I always figured Sacrifa to be in his early-mid 40s, judged by his hair and his wife's faceset.

Yeah, that's what I thought. Sacrifa is definitely a 'senior' character.

What

Orlando Bloom ?

STRATA ?

Orlando Bloom may be able to do arrogant, but we need a bad-ass here. I won't go around believing that http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:01bloom.jpg this is the strongest known ass-kicker.

He does have the empty look of sleepwithmoney in his eyes.

...

I hate you.

Argh. Find someone better. Pleease. Bad-Ass. Bad-Ass

There's a lot of Bad-Ass male characters in The Way.

I mean, when you first see Slade while thinking that The Way is an average RPG, you say, "Hey, it's the Badass guy!"
Then you see Traziun, and his inhale ability (I got stuck on the inhale, he's the only character for a lot of episodes who has a +2 draw), and the fact that you just know that secretly, he kicks ass.
And just before that, you saw Strata, and you keep on seeing him, and you see him "beat" Traziun, and you get your ass kicked and cleaned by him.
Then later on you meet Midian. And possibly Kavax. Though Kavax doesn't exactly have the Bad-Ass in him. He's more of, uh, spiritualised master of the sword or whatever.

Herm.

No Orlando Bloom for Strata, please.

Ok, I suppose you made a good point, although you did present it in a truly stupid way. Orlando Bloom just doesn't have the air of 'power' around him (which is why he didn't really work in Kingdom of Heaven).
I can't think of a suitable Strata right now, but I thought of possible alternative alternative Slade, Clive Owen.

Clive Owen would be a good Slade, check out Sin City if you don't believe it. As for Strata, seriously consider Brad Pitt. Think of his performance somewhere between Twelve Monkeys and Fight Club.

Yeah, Brad Pitt would make a much better Strata than Orlando Bloom. But no, Dominic Purcell MUST be Slade!

I have an idea for Dirk, Michael Cain.

Yes!! Caine would be such a good Dirk!
I was thinking about possibly Robin Williams for Sacrifa, because he can really make the audience sympathise with him, not that I'm a massive fan of his or aynthing.

Dominic Purcell versus Clive Owen for Slade. Hmm...

Also, Fwacho just agreed on Rhue, which means something is up! Perhaps we should rethink it, just to make sure this isn't some clever ploy to get us to think that guy can be Rhue... Hmm Myes...

Fwacho is right, Cillian Murphy does look like Rhue. I still think that Dominic Purcell should be Slade, though.
