I admit it gave it flavour, but i never really understood what the hell was going at some points in the game...

I actually thought the whole final battle scene was IMPROVED with bizzare english. It made Evan that much creepier and evil.

Yeah, I wasn't really sure why the game wasn't done when I beat Barubary or what's his name, the monster who confronts you in the beginning. Evan kind of came out of nowhere.
And when you're like...12, you have no god damned clue what all the abbreviations mean. I mean some, yeah, but what about "HelpBL"? Ball? BadLy? I don't know!!!
By the way, when it came to choosing who should die so the Hero could gain the ultimate power (he should choose himself, apparently), I wanted Jean (Frog guy) to die. It would be a much better ending.

Yeh, i never liked that freaky fish guy... was a crap player... the only redeeming feature was his giant frog mode, which became redudant when you got Nina's flying power, or when you got the flying township.

Best city ever, by the way. Nothing says "Don't fuck with me or I'll land on you" like a bigass flying town powered by people's lives. It's a bold statement, to say the least.

For me, the following dialog cemented BoF2 among my favorite games of all time.
On the westernmost tip of the western continent, you can find a house. Within this house, there is a cat. Let the magic begin.

Oh yeh... i remember that cat... always thought it was rather funny... I think i remember it having deeper relevance than strange sounds... i think it can do something later on, or disappears or something...

I believe Tycho didn't have Katt in his party. Either regular or Shamanized Katt should try talking to them, I think. Try that out.

No good. I am still convinced this cat is the most random thing in the universe. Though I would like to see an "accurate" translation of that dialog.
