One thing that's sorta interesting...
The default file has Serena with brown hair. So perhaps the default files are the way the game should be, when you pick the right choices.

Interesting and of note:

Changing her hair has no effect on the plot. When Rhue is explaining the pendant part of the story, her hair is ALWAYS brown. I picked red and I got brown in that scene. BAM!

Umm...you sure you transfered your file correctly? Did you take your file from episode one, and move it to the episode 2 folder? Cuz the one that's just there is the default file. I made that mistake my first time.

Yes, I transfered my file correctly, but even then, Serena's hair always goes to brown.

Some random things I thought of ...

What if Rhue is Kalmer's perfect blade, not Gaius? Wouldn't that make sense - this story revolves around Rhue, and Gaius has quite a lot on his plate already, being the leader of the Guided, or at least somehow involved in that fiasco.

So we're gonna see Kalmer trying to pull Rhue's strings to manipulate him to do what he wants.

Also, Kalmer probably showed Traziun that Rhue killed his mother. Now, whether or not this is true doesn't matter, but Kalmer only showed Traziun that because he regards Traziun as his failed, flawed blade. He needed to dispose of him, and what better way to do that than to put him up against the one person sure to defeat him - Rhue, Kalmer's perfect blade and the Phantom Slasher?

that was my first thought when i saw that scene.

also, Tranz said: "he didnt even NEED to change his name." refering to Ruhes other names, you know what with aura changes and all that.

when Traziun said that he didn't even need to change his name i think he referred to Gaius because when Gaius introduced himself in the cavern in Ep. 1 Traz had said ... because he remebered his name and when Gaius asks what's your problem he says i thought you said something else but only because he doesn't want to alarm Gaius to the fact that he knows his real identity. We know that only two blood lyn ever managed to escape from Delhara. the first one was Alagard who later changed his name to Traziun. The second one was Gaius because in episode four when Kloe talks with Traz after you rescue her. She says that she still loves the other one the second escaped man. Traz also says that he saw the other one in Estrana this also refers to Gaius. I hope what i wrote makes sense cause i'm quite new in this forum thing.

Not to mention Kloe has a flashback where she's in her room at Dalhera, and she's crying "Why did you leave? boo hoo"

I think she's distraught someone LEFT. Only two people have left.

One was Trazuin, aka. Alagast. The other was someone Kloe loved. Aka. Gaius (She can fall in love with Rhue, but that's not until a couple of "Hit her SUPER hard!"s later.)

BTW, Traz said "He didn't even change his name" saying that Gaius isn't even being hunted, and he left either under Kalmar's orders, or Kalmar let him go for a reason unbeknownst to us. Maybe to act as the PS? To take out the Guided? Who know?

Well, beating Strata Rhue proved to be the strongest of the "normal" people of the way, so I wonder who will he fight in the next episodes.

Traziun, Gaius, maybe some new characters.

Maybe he'll even fight a forerunner like Tetzel or something ultra-death powerful. That'd be nice

Hey, something I saw earlier gave me a crazy idea (Serena is fake and only drives Rhue to wander)

It could be that every person has an innate reason to wander, but can almost NEVER reach that destination. Kind of like the Way itself. It's an endless path that you can walk forever, but never reach an end.

Rhue has his search for Serena, but never gets closer to it.

Trazuin searches for his mother's killer, but can never get the right one.

Kloe wants Gaius, but Gaius pushes her away.

Scatha wants to get her face fixed

Strata wants to become the Pharaphalyn

Kalmar strives for his Perfect Blade, but falls short and is dissapointed

The Guided hate settlers. Why? The Purpose, right? Everyone has a PURPOSE to Wander the Way. If they settle, they abandon their reasons. The Pontifex Maximus is afraid that if some people will settle and forget the Way and the Purpose. Maybe those who have no purpose to Wander become detatched from the Way's broken logic (Notice how Dirk has no real motive to what he does, but also happens to be worldly while also acting like a retard? Maybe he's one of the first to truly abandon The Purpose). Pontifex or some other power is afraid of the power this sort of free will can bring, and enforces a hate of settlements.

I think that's how it may work. The Purpose is everyone's individual reason to Wander, but they can never reach their goal (Rhue called The Purpose a bastard for feeding off his suffering). So if you deny the Purpose, you become like Dirk. Freed from the system.

Cool, eh?
