I once saw a license plate that read "PWN3D".

If you're wondering... 'Pwn3d' (or 'pwnt', in this case) is a derivative of 'pwned', which was a typo of 'owned'.

People using this phrase usually desire banning.

So pwnt is a typo of pwned which is a typo of owned. It takes a true idiot to INTENTIONALLY make a typo OF A TYPO.

I'm pretty sure it went from owned to ownt because people thought 'ed' was so much harder to type than 't'. Then it went from ownt to pwnt because the O is next to P on the keyboard, and some people were amused by this and continue to do this. Then I think pwned showed up because people were just idiots...

I'm wondering why this topic wasn't locked when Jeramyu returned...
