The only true time lapses are before Marna Stretch and after the Plunge with Slade.
Rhue spent an indeterminable amount of time in Lyrra's fist (They travelled for some time, never clear how long)
Actually, it seemed to me like that journey was pretty much just over a single day. I could be wrong, but I didn't get the impression of them travelling for a very long time, at least not overnight.
He may have also spent a very long time in the Pits (A day or so is the time estimated if Scatha is guiding you). He was apparently down there more than a day, or he wouldn't have been so discouraged.
Rhue's journey in the Pits is definitely not certain, but we only got told "hours later" before the final scene, so Rhue probably only spent 2-4 hours away from Scatha. And Scatha would have gotten him out on the same day he started (it was most likely early on the next day after Rhue's journey with Slade)
Laideoria was a few days after Estrana.
Never mind that it's Laodicea. No, it wasn't. There's no mention of time passing, and Rhue would have already spoken to Cetsa if Laodicea weren't very shortly after Estrana. We didn't even get an "hours later", and the characters didn't act like they had been together that long.
Trust me, I made the timeline, and those were some of the main issues in it. There's probably a week-ish skipped in the story, but I doubt it's much more.
