Nobody forced you to read it, Inderos. I explicitly warned for people like you not to. It was just some random trailing babbling anyway. And Jera, would you mind deleting that? I don't really feel the urge to have this topic completely side-tracked.

Don't take it personal. I just wanted an excuse to use that picture :-D. Leave it there for everyone to see. I'm interested in E3, as well, but not just Nintendo. I think you'll eat your words about PS3 and XBOX 360 not being as good as The Revolution.
I'll say I found her floating face down and I won't let them hurt you, I swear, from the crystal to the crucifix, I will always be with you. So if I go to hell for this I guess I'll meet you there.

NIntendo has taken backwards compatability to the next level.

But the touch screen controllers haunt my dreams.

I'm sticking with Nintendo. Sony has some good stuff, but they make it so expensive its not worth it.

Unfortunately, I am in the process of watching the big three press conferences and the Revolution is just not up to par. The X360 also executed their marketing ploy horribly. It looks as if the PS3 is going to be the new "console to buy." I really can't comment on the "boomerang" until I get my hands on it. The PSP is probably going to do better than the DS in sales everywhere except Japan (I mean Nintendogs... Nintendo is going to have to do better than that). X360 is also only going to have backwards compatibility for their top games(what's that Halo and Halo2?). Sony did great on their presentation(even though I doubt that the Killzone preview was done with real-time graphics and not CG). The Revolution looks like it's going to be the "2nd console." I'm just going to have to wait till tomorrow to make some real judgments.

Side note: I really wish Killzone 2 will look like it did.
Side note 2: Just because I'm saying that PS3 is looking better than the other consoles, it doesn't mean that I'm going to take a side on the classic fanboy war of "My console is better than yours."
Side note 3: I really hope that the X-360 doesn't become the new Dreamcast...I need my FPS's.
Side note 4: Is this getting annoying yet?
Side note 5: This is the last one Promise.
Side note 6: Sorry, needed one more.

Yeah. Sega is the bomb.

But anyways, that Killzone trailer was pretty cool. The gameplay better be that badass.

Sega will never make a comeback because they're fucking retarded. They ruin everything. Most of the recent Sonic games have been crap. They hardly do much at all.

Of course, the Sega of old days and Sonic Team are still always awesome. At least Sonic Advance 3 was good recently...

The system I will prefer will be the one with the most games I want. The games I want are Mario, Zelda, Metroid, Super Smash Bros. and other Nintendo first-party games, so I'm going to prefer the Revolution. I'm not interested in piece-of-shit sports games (Mario spinoffs barely count as non-shit, just for being sports games) or racing games so realistic that there's no fucking point. So that leaves very little to actually interest me on the other systems, especially since Sony and Microsoft themselves don't really develop games - Nintendo are the only one of the companies dedicated to the games themselves.

It's a shame, all the games I WOULD want on those systems are made by third parties who could easily make those games on the Revolution as well. It's not enough for me to buy either of them because I simply don't have the money. If I somehow ever do, I'd consider a PS3, though. Or just a PStwo because they'll be so cheap.

I also like Nintendo because they actually attempt to do something new, rather than spend months on graphics and recycle some crappy old gameplay and call it good.

Trailers for everything. Get the hell over to IGN. GCN, DS, GBA, there's a video for everything you could ever want. IGN are retards, though, so although their news page claims that they have the trailers for Electroplankton, Animal Crossing DS and Kirby Canvas Curse, they're not actually on the video pages. There's nothing special in any of those videos anyway (if you must, see them at GameSpot).

I'll post some comments on a bunch of games later - Mario & Luigi 2, Metroid Prime Pinball, Super Mario Bros DS and Twilight Princess being a few major ones.

PGC also have a torrent of a hi-res version of the Zelda trailer. It looks way better than IGN's WMV crap, although it's something like three times the size (or nearly, anyway). >_<

Oh man, Inderos that was the funniest thing I've seen today.

Anyway, PS3 is looking hot, but no doubt when it comes out it will be uber expensive. I'l probably wait 6 months for the price to fall and then get it. I'm not particularly fussed about the controller, it doesnt look too bad (lol, Impossible: TEH BOOMERANG LOLOL!1!1!) but what I'm really happy about is the bluetooth installed in the controllers for wireless action. Plus the PS3 has got awesome graphics (oh no impossible, was that the first comment i made about ps3 that i liked?) and will support all cd and dvd formats INCLUDING Blu-ray which is fantastic. Completely blows XBox360 out of the water, with the console and the games. All the games that will be featured on Xbox360 are nothing compared to the ones on PS3. Sony has got a fantastic system.

You notice I don't comment on Nintendo. Well done.

I think the X360 will fail and fail fast. As for the Revolution, I absolutely love the fact that now I can play Super Metroid on a TV screen again. And the PS3 looks simply amazing, albeit throwing the controller turns it into a boomerang.

The problem with this statement is that the good third party games probably won't make it to the Revolution. Those that do won't look anywhere near as amazing as their microsoft and sony counterparts. I'm not saying that I play games only for graphics but, to me at least, presentation is a bit important. As for microsoft failing and failing fast, I hate to say it, but they just might. The reason being is that they aren't targeting their main audience. For the time being, Sony looks like they will definitely come out on top. I hate to say it, but I think that I just might pick up a PSP when I have enough money.
(My estimate for the PS3 price...$450.00 U.S.. :( :( )

I gotta say I'm likeing them all so far. I'll probably end up with the 360, as I'm not a fan of Jrpgs and I don't really care for most of Nintendo's first-party offerings but of course when it comes to consoles everyone gets irrational and rabidly defends their purchasing decision so I'll stop trying shoot down other people's justifications while simultaneously propping up my own.

By the way, is the PS3's uber-god-chip really as good as they say?
Maybe if you know your true love is about to move away to college or something, you can stick this shit in the stereo and make the moment last while at the same time listening to pussies whine about bitch shit. Just like you.

The chip will be more powerful than the X360's that's a given.
Edit: I've been watching E3 on G4, and it's been giving me all the information that I know so far.

What the hell are you talking about?

And come on, the PS3 does look pretty stupid - I might even go as far as to compare it to some kind of cooking machine. And as for The controller[url]... The mock-up images just [url=http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/Conekiller/LinkBoomerang.jpg]write themselves.

It's actually kind of odd that the XBox will be going from strongest to weakest system and PS3 from weakest to strongest...

Anyway, get the fuck over to IGN. 16 gameplay videos of Twilight Princess. NOW.

And once again I can't be bothered to post any of my opinions or comments, which I keep wanting to 20 minutes before I post. Dammit, I'd like to do some speculation BEFORE all the truckloads of info about lots of DS and GCN games flows in.

Some crazy shit is going on, and with any luck it will lead to the revelation of SM128 or some other Revolution surprises.
Edit: And if THIS is real... O_O The thing is that some of this has turned out to be true, which means all of it damn well could be, or this guy is a VERY good guesser. I'm going to be watching Nintendo's web site from here on in to see what happens, because Nintendo are clearly fucking with us. And they know damn well they're doing it. I recommend reading through all of that last link.
